Legal Requirements for Judicial Separation
Parties can apply for a Judicial Separation if one of a number of grounds can be satisfied and then you must submit documents to the Circuit Court.

Legal Requirements for Divorce
Before you can apply for a divorce you must satisfy some legal requirements. Assuming that the above requirements are satisfied, then proceedings are commenced by either party attending at their local Circuit Court.
